The driving force behind HopeLine Connections is Yousef Alzaeem, a Palestinian Gazan entrepreneur, who recently moved to Chicago, he holds a Master of Public Administration from Harvard University, an Executive Master of Business Administration from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a Bachelor of Economics from Birzeit University, Yousef brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the project. With nine years of expertise in managing telecom operators and telecommunication companies, Yousef envisions creating a specialized call center that harnesses advanced data science and AI utilization. The primary goal is not only to provide exemplary customer support services to our clients but also to uplift and empower smart Gazan refugees, enabling them to stand on their feet again.
